Our Story

Built for the industries that cannot afford mistakes

When Data Cohorts was founded in Kuala Lumpur in 2006, most organisations treated customer communications as a back-office function — something to be processed cheaply, quickly, and without much thought. We believed the opposite.

For a bank, an insurer, or a telco, the documents they send are not just operational output. They are legal instruments, compliance artefacts, and moments of truth in the customer relationship. A misrouted statement, a missing delivery confirmation, or a template that hasn't been updated after a regulatory change — these are not inconveniences. They are risks.

Over two decades, we have built one of most comprehensive Customer Communications Management capabilities — print and mail production, digital delivery gateways, data integration, and physical dispatch — under one roof, with a single audit trail and a single point of accountability.

Today, we process millions of data records, deliver over 50 million printed pages and 40 million digital communications each year, and serve some of Malaysia's most demanding regulated institutions. We remain what we have always been: a specialist, not a generalist. A partner, not just a vendor.
