Covid-19 : DC is open for business
Updated: Mar 30, 2020
Dear DC Customer,
At DC, we are committed to providing our partners and customers with world-class support and service.
Given the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19, on 16 March, the Government of Malaysia announced the implementation of the Restricted Movement Control Order throughout the country effective 18th March to 14th April 2020 to address the COVID-19 outbreak. The measure will restrict mass movement and gatherings across the country including religious, sports, social and cultural activities.
The government is also shutting down all government and private premises EXCEPT those involved in essential services namely water, electricity, energy, telecommunications, postal, transportation, irrigation, oil, gas, fuel, lubricants, broadcasting, finance, banking, health, pharmacy, fire, prison, port, airport, safety, defence, cleaning, retail and food supply.
As DC provides critical support & services to financial services institutions, hence, Data Cohorts is open for business as usual. After the announcement, we have placed contingency supplies as we foresee that there may be a disruption in supply chains. At this current time, we have ample supplies in our warehouse to cater for production needs.
We want to reassure you that we have a thorough business continuity plan, to ensure support will continue to be provided in the event that the availability of any location is impacted. Our business continuity plan takes many factors into consideration including how we serve customers by location, manpower and product. We are extending preparations of continuity plans to ensure business continuity while maintaining security compliance in the event of a pandemic.
We are committed to providing you with the best support and service possible during this uncertain time. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to your dedicated Account Manager. You may also reach out to us at support@datacohorts.com.
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Senior Management @ DC
